‘Responsibilities’
‘ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- Support the deployment of updates and security patches across systems.
- Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory/Microsoft 365
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Maintain documentation of systems configurations and procedures.
- Monitor network performance and security measures.
- Ensure high levels of customer service to internal users.’
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, VPNs, firewalls, TCP/IP, DNS, and LAN technologies.
‘Qualifications’‘ Proven experience in IT support or related roles. Strong knowledge of computer networking, Windows Server environments, and Active Directory/Microsoft 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified) are advantageous.’

Pay: £24,420.00-£35,000.00 per year
