F2F Discovery call to discuss requirements and get to know role/company in more detail. Used to create a value proposition and set expectations.
Let us work
Source, pre-screen, shortlist, present
Interview
Complete full Interview process, including any tests and office visits. Finish with offer.
Completion
Offer accepted, contract signed, details swapped, Start dates agreed.
Aftercare
Check in with both yourself and the candidate. See if any further support is required.
